Return Policy

Customers have 7 days to review their merchandise once it is received. Exchange or Store Credit is available only after we are notified within 7 days of receiving your order, and a Return Authorization number is issued prior to return.
No returns of any type will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Any returned merchandise may only be Exchanged or issued a Store Credit. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. Insurance & tracking are strongly recommended since the Customer is responsible for the package in the case of loss or damage. Items being returned must be in original and resellable condition in its original packaging, unused.

Costumes must have sales identification tags still attached - NO EXCEPTIONS! If costume sales identification tags are removed by the consumer, The consumer hereby acknowledges receipt and delivery of the goods described on the invoice and further acknowledges that said goods have been accepted by Customer.
