HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH? You will know your order went through when you receive an automatic email confirmation almost immediately. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us at RRamirez1623@aol.com   - We are happy to assist you.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED? Orders are automatically charged by the automated system. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to determine if you would like to keep the order, otherwise issue a full refund. Option 1 - Order On-line! Visa, Mastercard and Paypal (secure online purchasing) Place online orders by adding items to shopping cart then proceed to checkout using our secure server. On-line orders will receive an Invoice Order/ID # number. If you do not receive an email conformation, please email us at RRamirez1623@aol.com.

Option 2 - Mail order! Print order form above, or write order out on paper clearly. Checks & Money Orders to Dancing Rahana;s Boutique, att: R. Ramirez, 43195 Andrade Ave, Unit # P, Hemet, CA 92544, USA. Order paid with a personal check will be held until funds clear the banking system.

Option 3 - Phone orders! between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm Pacific Time Zone - (310) 612-7622. If we do not answer, please text or email, or leave your name & number and someone will get back to you. International Customers, please send an email. Phone orders do not receive an invoice number. If you require an invoice number, please place your order on-line through our automated system.

Return Policy:
Exchange or Store Credit ONLY on returns!
Customer must notify us within 3-5 days of receipt for an exchange. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization number. To obtain a RA#, contact RRamirez1623@aol.com Once you have emailed us, we will respond with further instructions. Returns without a RA# will not be accepted, and must meet the return specifications. Items being returned must be in original and sellable condition in its original packaging.   Costumes must have sales identification tags still attached.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.. Insurance and signature request are strongly recommended, since the Customer is responsible for the package until it reaches us.

Returns require 15% re-stocking fee (some exceptions apply)

Shipping:
Orders ship from Hemet, CA, via the US Postal Service or FedEx. We use the US postal service for most orders. When an order is shipped by FedEx, depending on the value of the shipments, it may require a signature. We are currently experiencing a delay in shipping. If you require your shipment by a certain date, please let us know. We will do our best to accomodate your request. International Shipping:
International Orders are shipped via US Postal Service. We ship to most countries. If your country is not listed, please email us RRamirez1623@aol.com . Duties are the responsiblity of the Customer.

Orders containing custom or special order items do not ship per the normal schedule. See "Custom Orders" below...

IMPORTANT: Shipping/handling rates are calculated automatically using our shopping cart system.
You can receive a shipping quote automatically by selecting the items you want to order by placing them in your "shopping cart" and then selecting the "shipping quote" button.
You are under no obligation to purchase these items when you use this feature.

Custom Order Items:
Custom Order costumes can take 12 to 20 weeks. If you need a costume right away, or are on a tight schedule, we suggest you order an "in-stock" costume. Custom order costumes are based on the measurements you provide to fit within your size range.  Additional inches will be added automatically to bra straps and belts to insure room for alterations. Costumes are hand-made and may vary in design.  Although you may see the design as over-the-shoulder, your order may arrive around-the-neck. You may find it necessary to adjust hook placement and strap placement to obtain the perfect fit.

It is difficult to guarantee an exact delivery date on costum orders.. Our current timeline for a custom order costume can range from 12-20 weeks, and in some instances longer, sometimes shorter. There are situations where we may find it necessary to re-order your costume. If you need your costume right away, we suggest choosing a costume from our "in-stock" category that can ship within a few days.

Belt measurements are to be measured where you will wear the belt (typically the upper hip).

Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates can be purchased online under Gift Certificates

Troupe Discounts:
10% Troupe Discount for Belly Dance Costume orders.  Minimum purchase requires at least (3) three of the same costume be purchased in order to qualify for this discount. You must email us prior to placing your order. You will be given a special code to order on-line.

Layaway Policy:
We offer a 2 month Layaway. Layways can be held with a $50.00 Non-Refundable deposit.
