Having problems placing an order on-line.. it may be a mis-match on the credit card with your billing address. You will know your order went through if you receive an automatic email confirmation. More payment options to choose from below...

Option 1 - Order On-line! Visa, Mastercard and Paypal (secure online purchasing) Place online orders by adding items to shopping cart then proceed to checkout using our secure server. On-line orders will receive an Invoice Order/ID # number. If you do not receive this number, then your order did not go through. If you paid with credit card directly on the site, then try using paypal. Our system is very sensitive about matching the address information to the credit card. Paypal is also secure, and the next best thing! Rahana personally uses Paypal on a consistent basis, and has trusted them year after year.

Option 2 - Mail order! Print order form above, or write order out on paper clearly. Checks & Money Orders to Dancing Rahana, PO Box 7143, Santa Monica, CA, 90406, USA. Order paid with a personal check will be held until funds clear the banking system.

Option 3 - Fax orders! Visa & Mastercard Print order form above & fax to 310.477.3325.

Option 4 - Phone orders! between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm Pacific Time Zone - (310) 612-7622. If we do not answer, please leave your name & number and someone will get back to you. International Customers, please send an email.
Each and every call/email is important to us! Phone orders do not receive an invoice number. If you require an invoice number, please place your order on-line through our automatic system.

Return Policy:
Customer must notify us within 3 days of receipt to be considered for an exchange. Returns of any type will only be accepted with a Return Authorization number. To obtain a RA#, contact DancingRahana@aol.com Once you have emailed us, we will respond with further instructions. Returns without a RA# will be assessed a $5.00 processing fee, and must meet the return specifications. Items being returned must be in original and resellable condition in its original packaging, unused.   Costumes must have sales identification tags still attached - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.. Insurance and signature request are strongly recommended, since the Customer is responsible for the package until it reaches us.

Returns require 20% re-stocking fee.. when not traded for the same item.
Exchange or Store Credit ONLY on ALL returns.

Domestic Shipping:
Orders ship from Santa Monica, CA, via the US Postal Service and FedEx.
Domestic Costumes are typically shipped by FedEx with signature request, and require a physical address and contact telephone number.
International Costumes (see below).
Most in-stock items ship within 2-4 business days.
Expediated shipping is available for most In-Stock items. Contact us for additional shipping charges. In-plant rush fees are also available for some items.

Orders containing custom or special order items do not ship per the normal schedule. See "Custom Orders" below...

IMPORTANT: Shipping rates are calculated automatically using our shopping cart system.
You can receive a shipping quote automatically by selecting the items you want to order by placing them in your "shopping cart" and then selecting the "shipping quote" button.
You are under no obligation to purchase these items when you use this feature.

International Shipping:
International Orders are shipped via US Postal Service and FedEx. We ship to most countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us to determine if we can ship to your country. Orders shipped to another country from the US may be subject to taxes, duty, brokerage fees, etc. which are not part of the shipping charges that we collect.

Custom Order Items:
Custom Order costumes can take 12 to 20 weeks to receive.. If you need a costume right away, or are on a tight schedule, we suggest you order an "in-stock" costume. We add costumes to the "in-stock" section on a monthly basis. You can also email us your "wish list", and if we get the costume in, we can contact you. We are currently changing our Custom Order policy where you can put an order in for a minimal non-refundable deposit of $50.00 (make the deposit by purchasing a $50.00 gift certificate and put a note in the comments section of the order). email us your costume selection and sizing.... Custom order costumes.. are based on the measurements you provide to fit within your size range.  Additional inches will be added automatically to bra straps and belts. Costumes are hand-made and may vary in design.  Although you may see the design as over-the-shoulder, your order may arrive around-the-neck. If you need this to be specific, please include in the notes section of your order. You may find it necessary to adjust hook placement and strap placement to obtain the perfect fit.

It is difficult to guarantee an exact delivery date.. Our current timeline for a custom order costume can range from 12-20 weeks, and in some instances longer, sometimes shorter. There are situations where we may find it necessary to re-order your costume. If you need your costume right away, we suggest choosing a costume from our "in-stock" category that can ship within 2-3 days. Changes made after the initial order, will require a $25.00 change fee.

Costume Sizes:

Belt measurements are to be measured where you will wear the belt (typically the upper hip).

Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates can be purchased online, by email, phone, fax or mail.

Wholesale Inquiries:
Please forward your desired list of items with a copy of your Resale License to DancingRahana@aol.com. You can fax your resale license to 310.477.3325. Contact us for minimum initial purchase or more information.

Troupe Discounts:
10% Troupe Discount for Belly Dance Costume orders.  Minimum purchase requires at least (3) three of the same costume be purchased in order to qualify for this discount. You must email us prior to placing your order. You will be given a special code to order on-line. Discounts are not given after-the-fact.

Layaway Policy:
We offer a 2 month Layaway. Layways can be held with a $50.00 Non-Refundable deposit. Payments made above the $50.00 can be issued Store Credit in the event you change your mind.

Privacy Policy:
We respect your right to privacy. We will NEVER give out or sell e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, addresses, or any other information about our customers to anyone, period.
We send occassional mailings with new products, information and money saving coupons.
